Hawkes Collab Partners

Farming only works with collaboration
From the day the Hawkes family started vegetable farming on Victorian soil, circa 1840, collaboration was the only way produce could be grown, harvested and sold.
Farmers would build, mend and share machinery, moving from paddock to paddock, farm to farm, to help their fellow farmers prepare earth, sow crops, nurture, harvest and transport to market.
Come rain or shine, if a farmer said they would be there to help, they would be there. Bringing farmers, makers, producers and sellers together so that everybody gets a win is at the heart of Farmer Richard's philosophy; something he learned from the five generations of Hawkes farmers before him – and something he and Georgie are passing on to their own children.
