Friday Nights between Melbourne Cup and Easter weekends at Hawkes Farm means full circle Burgers and Fries! (Gluten Free buns available)
We call them full circle because we send Hawkes potatoes and hay to the cattle that come from a local boutique farm with a focus on breeding top quality, grass-fed and finished beef.
All thanks to the awesome partnership we've formed with Bird Rock Farm, Peninsula Pantry and Mark Brancatisano from Torello Farm
Together, Hawkes and Torello are looking after the beautiful grass-fed Bird Rock cattle locally; feeding them the finest potatoes and carrots.
The fresh burger buns are baked on our farm by Peninsula Pantry owner Johan, and the fries are, of course, Hawkes hand-cut potato fries.
